Here's the breakdown: 1) Beta Bill Ray> Thor (as demonstrated in Ballad of Beta Ray Bill) 2) Spiderman> Spider Scarlet (Scarlet Spider, because it's an accident that should never exist) 3) Ghost Rider> Vengeance (The rider is more stable psychologically) 4) Iron Man> War Machine (War Machine, but has lots of accessories extra firepower, it makes it much less agile and more vulnerable) So now we are left with a semi-conscious of Beta Ray Bill vs a strong Spidey, a rider was weakened, Iron Man and weakened final verdict is hard to tell, but I have to go with the team of Thor (rest the soul of the Asgardian's). Bill and can kill Spidey Iron Man curcuits fry .. Rider supernatural powers but the decisive factor that helps win the battle.
