What color hat do I expect if I have black hair?

I wear a navy blue or gray hooded much. Im going buy a hoody white soon. I also wears white shoes, so this has to do with anything. wondering because im not sure if the black hair seems good with a white cap.

White / cream color looks very nice on black / dark hair. It makes your hair POP contrast colors like purple, red & blue.
