Direct Infinite Crisis
During a major economic crisis, it is common that we want to act impulsively, take our money and go. The consequence of that, however, is inevitable collapse, yours and mine. Why is that? It's because your money and mine go together in a more close to a horse. What happens to you will happen to me will happen to my neighbor and so on. If the money the country will face up, you will not get social security pensions, teacher, stock dividend or student loans. Everything is connected, so.
So what do instead? Do they recommend that directors should always do in a crisis. Stopping to consider what is important and bring some order to it. If you've decided to take vacation, is that something can change? If you are going to put a new kitchen in the house, perhaps now is the time to economize on materials. Go slowly and cautiously, but move in a positive direction. We trust that things will improve, though it seems that going to happen soon. Things, however, improve with time. Most of us know, but who regularly reminds us help.
Stay calm. Eat well. Exercise. Stay healthy. That's because stress is cumulative, and physical well-being will be affected in crisis if not alert.
There is always breaking news and some hot topic, that commentators refer to as number 1. This prevents most Americans off their televisions waiting to continuous cycles of these breaking news, most which are not last minute, but they are reciting what you have heard an infinite number of times. It is easy to be tempted to view each crisis developed, and if There is not one, television will create one with a history of OJ Simpson or one about a mother who has abandoned her children and more. Do not do that.
I talked to an Israeli professor once told me that he watches the news once a week. That's because there's always car bombs and daily crisis in Israel. Thus was depressed and can not operate in optimum. His is the most conservative reaction to the management of personal crisis I have heard and probably more conservative necessary, although the idea is correct. The Daily News 5:30 pm should be adequate for most people to get the information about the events of the day .. This is a half-hour no-frills and not much comment. That's a healthy amount and not give you headaches than the 24 / 7 will.
Reach their friends. Many people seem to retreat when things begin to relax in their lives, but this is the time to go out and do fun things. Plan something enjoyable to do at least once during the week, even if it's for a long walk to visit someone. Take at least 15 minutes pass in silence and meditation, contemplation or simply leave relax the mind. Your body will appreciate that, because the needs of its partners for the company healthy.
Here is the most important advice in times of crisis. Do not panic. We always know that there is always, as we learned in Gone with the Wind, another day.
