Neca Gears War
There is no denying that Gears of War has captured the imagination of gaming enthusiasts worldwide, and while the sequel is fueling the excitement surrounding the franchise further, the range of accompanying action figures NECA have fans filling the shelves with some of the best examples of licensed merchandise in years. Three sets of action figures Gears of War have been created so far, along with three popular box sets. The figures include:
GEARS OF WAR ACTION FIGURES-SERIES ONE
The first set of official action figures based on the hugely popular Xbox 360 game came in mid-2008 to a lot of praise from fans. NECA produced the figures to a very high level and stuck closely to the game designers to create what is arguably the best game ever figures.
The first set of figures, including the characters of Marcus Fenix, Augustus Cole, Locust Drone and Locust Sniper. A box set of all four figures, with additional accessories and a variant of the head of one of the lobsters was also made available. The box set was almost as popular as the individual figures, and presented in a striking front window display box.
GEARS OF WAR ACTION FIGURES: SERIES TWO
Series two of officially licensed gear of war action figures is due for release in November 2008. The decision of the legend of the games to the world of collecting and articulated carved continues with the fourth brand new action figures to add to the range. Again, the figures were presented with an extremely high level of detail sculpted figures as they themselves and their accessories.
Two sets of features Dominik Santiago, Damon Baird, Theron Guard variant of the head and extremities with the explosion of the locust . Another case was released alongside the single action figures, with four of them with extra weapons. Once again, the box set was released in an attractive long box with front display window.
GEARS OF WAR ACTION FIGURES: SERIES THREE
The third group of action figure Gears of War to be released by NECA is here at the beginning of 2009. Four figures are included in new game this time, along with an alternate version of a figure.
This new set includes a new excellent version of Marcus Fenix, a COG soldier excellent, Theron Guard palace, and lobster wrestler (along with alternate Locust Cyclops). As always, figures are available with game-authentic weapons and highly detailed sculpts.
A third box set was made available showing the four main human characters, but this time the table long enough to be shipped was shorter than the last two box sets. Yet has proved a huge success among fans of the range.
No doubt a fourth series of figures, and more than Gears of War merchandise will be announced before long. Fans are already talking of what can happen in Game 3 of rumors and news about the film adaptation of Gears of War franchise on the road, it seems that this is an adventure you will not lose power for some time to come.
